The studio is located in Marister/Benoni in a quiet area with private atmosphere.

We offer classical Pilates in private sessions, duo sessions or small group classes (6 people max) – the way it was taught by Josef Pilates.

The studio is fully equipped with Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and small equipment like balls, rings and foam rollers.
